Requirements:
|
|
|
|
- M.E. degree a must. P.E. license a plus.
- 10 years minimum experience in HVAC engineering and service industry in commercial HVAC design, including heating/cooling load calculations and blueprint layout. CAD capability a plus.
- Min. 5 years’ managerial experience in small-to-medium-sized business with strong HVAC background. Formal training or degree in an operations management field a strong plus.

|
Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership qualities, adept in business management, some accounting ability, customer service and strong computer skills.

As a commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our company's services to commercial and industrial clients in the tri-state area. This high profile, hands-on position requires a strongly energized individual who has the ability to sell to building owners, facility managers, senior executives, and other decision makers. Your sales efforts will be backed by one of the strongest and most highly regarded service departments in our area. Experience telephone prospecting and cold-calling is necessary, as you will generate your own leads and prospects. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

Four Year College Degree Preferred. Experience in HVAC field required.
|

|
|
You will be compensated with a base salary, benefits package, and a company vehicle. You will also enter a lucrative incentive program that will multiply your commissions exponentially as your sales volume increases.
