We're committed to training and education for every member of our team.
Every journeyman goes through five years of the UA apprenticeship training program before moving through other levels of certification based on experience, continued training and skill. Field and management personnel participate in our in-house continuing education and training programs, including rigorous safety training programs, and MCAA training conferences and seminars. |

| Management, project managers and field are required to have 10-hour OSHA Certification before working on any AMI Services project. |

| As members of the
MCAA (Mechanical Contractors Association of
America), ASHRAE (the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
Engineers), and our team takes advantage of the programs these and other trade associations offer for all levels of education and training. |
